We are a consulting organization that helps public and private businesses with their challenges in order to create opportunities and changes that benefit them and assist them in reaching their goals. Our clients are generally small to medium-sized companies. We usually do not do enterprises unless it is within individual locations. We primarily specialize in development and change. We work together with you to improve many areas – including personal, employee, and business growth. We offer a few personal services for those interested in self-reflection and improvement. We have developed training and courses for refreshing or teaching skills that are valued in today's workplace to help people, employees, and businesses succeed. We can perform various services such as general coaching and advisory, change and development, research and analysis, strategic development, financial, human capital, implementation, and other services that can be customized to reach your goals. We create, develop, and implement solutions for your organization. **Please note – We cannot help our customers or new businesses raise capital. Still, we can offer guidance, assistance, and advice on what is available and where to find those who can perform capital raising services. As you can see from our industries page, we offer a wide range of services across many industries. We take pride in always working hard to improve our insight into as many sectors as possible because the world's tomorrow is built upon the knowledge learned today. Therefore, we cover many industries such as logistics, transportation, oil & petroleum, automotive, manufacturing, and production –to name a few. However, we do believe that our expertise is not to focus on just one specific industry but to bring understanding, creativity, teamwork, a willingness to grow with you, and the enthusiasm to help reach your goals.
Of course not. Nobody can guarantee that, and if anyone ever does, it's a good idea to think twice before working with them. You may have a good plan, but a plan alone will not achieve success or goals. Anything in business and life is not guaranteed but discovering what works and what doesn't is how you can know what changes to make to improve upon your success. Knowing how to implement those changes improves your rate of success. We will do our best and work hard to help you, but we have no control over how you implement our recommendations. We can advise, coach, create, mentor, and work with you, but it's your business at the end of the day. It is you who has to make sure our solutions are implemented and carried out to get the best results possible. We can, however, implement the customized proposals that we developed for you with experienced individuals that have the ability and the time to do so.
While we do assist in many services for new and established businesses, we cannot legally arrange for finance of your organization; only brokers licensed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) can legally arrange for finance of your business. We can, however, offer various advice for routes you can seek to find financing so that you may contact those potential investors, lenders, or other intermediaries. We suggest you seek legal counsel and make sure that any "finder" you talk to is appropriately licensed with FINRA before you hire them. Failure to do so may expose you and your company to significant liability.
Our job is not to appease you to maintain a contract with you, but to help you avoid mistakes, improve problem areas, and reach your goals as best we can. Our job is to help you by any means necessary to reach your goals so that you will be satisfied with the outcome you receive. We'll challenge your ideas and assumptions, and we will tell you the complete ugly truth, no matter how gritty and tough it can be to hear or digest. If we were to cater to every whim without pointing out how they can fail or what needs to be improved upon, then we are essentially failing you and ourselves. This blunt, unfiltered, tough-love approach is how you know we are honest and transparent, which sets us above many others. We want to help you succeed because we succeed together.
The actual time can be affected by the quality of the existing materials you provide us, how much you participate, how complex your market and business model is, the scope and complexity of your needs, our current workload, and the ever-changing environment in which your business resides in. Some tasks or projects can be done relatively quickly, but others can take much longer to iron out. We could do it recklessly, but then you would probably end up with something substandard and of poor quality. We prefer our work to be more thorough, of high quality and have a higher standard than our competitors so that your business can have a greater chance of success. This is why we have a one-year contract minimum. Doing it this way allows our employees to have the time to develop an understanding of your culture, perform a thorough assessment, customize solutions, implement them, and monitor them.
We will still be available for you to answer any questions, help monitor, work on other requests and projects needed, or make any changes necessary to keep you on the path to success. Once we have developed that relationship with you by working side by side, we would like to think that the camaraderie will keep you with us. After all, who would know your business better than the people who have been working with you side-by-side for a length of time and that keeps your best interest in mind as you work towards your goals for the future.
Generally, we charge a minimum fixed fee per person. However, the overall cost can be influenced by various factors. We will provide your business with an assessment that will help to determine the costs based on the type of project you need to be managed and what type of goals you are looking to meet. The size of your organization and the complexity of its operations and processes will also affect the cost estimate. The cost can also be influenced by whether you want us to provide a team to implement the changes for you or whether you want to do the implementation yourself. Because of these factors, the fees can vary. Coincidentally, on the 'off chance' that you are "price shopping," you should already know that price does not guarantee success. All things considered, would you choose one car, house, or some other large purchase over another similar option simply because of the price alone? Probably not – as there are numerous considerations to take into account. Just as our services will be specifically catered to you, our prices will be as well.
Your payments are non-refundable. The reason for this is because when you have chosen to hire us, we have already put aside time to work with you, and we may even have dismissed other opportunities to give you our time, efforts, and hard work. You can choose to keep us on, or you can choose to go an alternate route, but any subsequent payments will be determined based on whether you choose to continue to use our services or not. Absolutely! In fact, having a mutual NDA helps to protect your and our trade secrets.
Our headquarters are in Dale County, Alabama. We also have a branch in Florida. We have plans to expand throughout many different states in the United States. That will be based on the high demands for potential customers in those states. We implement many communication methods such as e-mails, text messaging, video chats, phones, and social media platforms. However, we can also travel to meet you at your offices or location of business for a face-to-face meeting.
All our associates, employees, and managers have hands-on experience in various industries, job roles, and have obtained a higher education. Our associates have Bachelor's degrees, Master's degrees, and some have Doctorate degrees. Our people have majored in many specialties – such as organizational development, change, international business, operations, and supply chain for example. In addition to our people's vast educational backgrounds, we also provide our associates, employees, and managers with specialized training derived from practitioner experiences and academic resources. This training is to improve on their necessary skills while giving them the advantage of better understanding advancements in modern business and the academic resources to help them better understand the history and future of business. With the specialized training that we supply them, they should be better equipped to provide your business with multiple options that you can utilize to reach your goals. All of our associates are placed in client organizations where they have experience and success inside that industry.
Absolutely! We work with non-profit organizations. We work with counties and municipalities. We are more than happy to work with any legitimate organization – big, small, public, private, for-profit, and non-profit.
We never jump into implementation work without first gaining a complete and solid understanding of your particular business and goals. We offer the service after completing an assessment that will be part of implementing the project. Another option after we perform our assessments is that we will provide you with the choice to perform the implementation yourself if you choose to do so. We provide you with information about weaknesses and limitations throughout your entire organization. This can range from employee capabilities to your operations capabilities for each department throughout your organization. We point out limitations in your technology, systems, financial capabilities, and processes. We show you the strengths of your organization and where you can build opportunities. Keep in mind, this is not a blueprint or a step-by-step guide on how to implement the change initiative to improve the weaknesses. It does not provide you with instructions on how to reach your goals.
We offer options for us to receive a certain percentage of your profits in a partnership agreement. There is a large amount of extensive work that goes into a high-quality new business project. Typically, we work on a predetermined fixed percentage basis with adjustments depending on various factors. However, we do reserve the final decision on whether we want to enter into a partnership with you. Contact us for more information.
